To do so requires a few basic pieces of information which we include below. Since individual search engines vary in their configuration and use, you may need to contact your system or software vendor for more detailed instructions. To test Access PA Database Z39.50 search availability, use the Library of Congress Gateway to Library Catalogs Z39.50 site. If you are able to conduct a search of the Access PA Database from this LOC site, then the Database is responding properly. You will need to consult with your Z39.50 provider (usually your automated library system vendor) to troubleshoot any problems you may have in connecting via Z39.50 from your local system.
